Rock Camp

The Walla Walla Symphony, in conjunction with the Walla Walla Blues Society, is thrilled to present an annual, free Rock and Roll Camp each summer.  This camp serves 50 teens, grades 7 - 12, and has taken place in late July through early August each year since 2009.

"I loved the atmosphere that Rock Camp provides to everyone and the support that is given." - 2015 Rock camper, 16 years old

In addition to instrument instruction, coaching and mentoring, campers work with faculty (professional rock and blues musicians) on song selection and arranging, song writing, professionalism and stage presence, marketing and promoting a music production, and more. The camp ends with a student-produced concert on Friday at the end of the week.
